Check Screws on the Tool Apron and Knife Head

     Procedure: Ensure all screws are tight and none are loose or missing.

Clear the Surface of Felt

     Procedure: Use an air gun to clean the felt surface, ensuring it is free of sundries and bumps.

Check the X and Y Origin Sensors

    Procedure: Confirm the sensors are tight and free of dust.

Check Bearings Usage Conditions

    Procedure: Ensure all bearings are secure and not loose.

Check the Connection of Every Wire

Check the working of the knife apron and the cutting tools

Before starting work, check whether the knife apron and the cutting tools are operated normally

Check the oil and water inside the air compressor

Check it by adjusting the drain screw of the air compressor

Check the total pressure value

The standard air pressure is 0.6Mpa, if you have the pneumatic knife, the pressure is 0.8Mpa

Check the air pressure valve

Confirm no water in the air pressure valve

Check the screws on the tool apron and knife head

Confirm no screws are loose or lost

Clear the surface of the felt

Use the pneumatic gun to clean, and ensure there are no sundries or bumps on the surface
