Electric Oscillating Tool – EOT
The Electric Oscillating Tool is suitable for cutting soft to medium-density materials. The high oscillating frequency enables high processing speed and efficient throughput.
Depending on the application, the EOT is available with 0.5 mm or 1.0 mm stroke. To accommodate different substrates and levels of detail, DAKE offers a wide range of both flat and pointed oscillating blades.

Pneumatic Oscillating Tool – POT
The Pneumatic Oscillating Tool is an air-driven tool particularly well suited for cutting tough, dense materials but can also handle soft, thicker ones. The use of considerable air pressure in combination with an 8mm stroke gives this tool the force required for tough applications.
The POT is available in two versions, with 0.6 mm or 1.5-mm thick blades. With sufficient beam clearance, it is possible to process materials up to 110 mm / 4 in thick. A wide range of possible applications are supported with a variety of compatible oscillating blades.

Kiss-Cut Tool – KCT
Perfect cutting depth is essential for any vinyl application, especially in kiss-cutting. The variable, adjustable pressure of the kiss-cut tool enables precise cutting of vinyl and film without damage to the liner material.
In addition to all standard vinyls and films up to 3 mm thick, the tool is also suitable for cutting thin paper and cardboard. A fixed glide shoe is included with the tool. It is used for through-cutting cardboard and diamond-grade vinyl.

Creasing Tool Type – CTT
The CTT is perfect for processing single-wall corrugated boards. The tool accommodates crease wheels with a diameter of 61 mm/2.4 in and a width of 20 mm/.8 in. Fully supported by the cutter software, the tool produces high-quality creases both with and against the corrugation without tearing or cracking the top sheet. The crease wheels simply snap into the holder, making them very easy to insert and replace.

Universal Drawing Tool – UDT
The Universal Drawing Tool is a cost-effective tool for precisely marking/labeling materials including fabric, leather, rubber, and Teflon. This tool is used to draw assembly marks, line symbols, and text. Drawing/plotting is possible in any orientation.
The UDT is very cost-effective since it accommodates readily available, standard drawing/plotting tools such as felt-tip and ballpoint pen cartridges available in various line widths.
